            <description><![CDATA[<p>The Senior Acquisition and Merger Analyst has a significant role supporting Mergers & Acquisitions activities, including the strategic and financial evaluation of potential and active targets, financial modeling, business case development, and project support for deal activity.</p>  <p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p>  <ul>  <li>Supports the Corporate Development team across all phases of deal activity â deal sourcing, due diligence and post-close integration</li>  <li>Assists with the strategic evaluation, detailed financial modeling, valuation, and development of buy and sell side M&A business cases</li>  <li>Supports the development of evaluation and diligence work plans</li>  <li>Participates in the creation and development of deal documents and management presentations</li>  <li>Develops and prepares presentations on the results of research and analysis of acquisition targets for use by Senior Management.</li>  <li>Supports the corporate development sourcing process by collaborating across functions to identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities</li>  <li>Supports deal pipeline development by researching potential acquisition targets.
