Job Description
We are hiring for skilled Customer Service Support Specialist. You will perform data processing tasks using a basic Microsoft Excel program. Medical insurance data entry experience is highly preferred. To be considered for this position, must have a minimum of a High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of solid Customer Service experience, focused attention to detail and be self-motivated.
Position Details:
- Full time, contract (Part-time positions available)
- M-F schedule - days
- Processes customer data information
- Maintains and updates all customer data information in all systems
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Microsoft Excel data entry skills required
- 2 years of solid Customer Service experience
- 1 year of Data Entry experience
- working with insurance is a plus
- Focused attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Self Motivated
- US citizen or permanent resident status
- Successful completion of a background check
