Position Details:
- Full time, contract
- M-F schedule days
- Performs the processing of all new and pending returned items for the products
- Researches and resolves product and service issues from the field and clients
- Evaluates client status to determine the appropriate service
- Ensures adherence to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act NACHA and other regulatory agencies
- Develops and maintains knowledge of all product offerings
- Maintains a high level of customer service and client retention
Job Requirements
- High School diploma
- Experience in customer service, finance accounting, or payroll preferred
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access knowledge is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- US citizen or permanent resident status
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
