Position Details:
- Full time, contract
- M-F schedule - days
- Delivers customer service through inbound phone calls.
- Researches and responds user questions and problems regarding accounts and services.
- Diffuses client concerns and notifies management of critical situations.
- Maintains an accurate recording of all internal and external communication.
- Utilizes multiple software applications in order to respond to all client inquiries.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- Call center experience preferred
- Computer literacy required
- Ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
- Self-Motivated
- US citizen or permanent resident status
- Completion of a background check
