Job Description

We are hiring for a skilled Client Support Specialist. We are looking for a candidate who is a customer service professional and preferably has call center experience. You will be an initial contact for inbound client requests and will log, document, and notate client conversations/issues. Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, have a focused attention to detail and a minimum of an associates degree.

Position Details:

  • Full time, contract
  • M-F schedule
  • Responsible for accurate and timely resolution of client concerns and issues
  • Provides quality customer service and real-time technical support to clients
  • Uses multiple computer software packages to answer and complete client requests
  • Prioritizes client and management issues to resolve time-sensitive issues
  • Logs and document client information in a timely manner
  • Follows up on unresolved issues to ensure accuracy and resolutions

Job Requirements

  • Associates degree
  • Call center experience a plus!
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong phone/speaking skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Punctual
  • Focused attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • US citizen or permanent resident status
  • Successful completion of a background check
