In this full time, contract opportunity, you’ll be responsible for providing general support and service for all ongoing maintenance and audit transactions for internal and external partners. Position Details:

· Full time, contract

· M-F schedule – 8-hour shift

· Ability to work within the guidelines of the department to handle the issues

· Identify systemic discrepancies within databases and carrier systems

· Mitigates financial risk and exposure for our clients

· Responds to inquiries through outbound calls or e-mails to clients

· Conducts timely reconciliation and identification of discrepancies

· High School diploma

· Minimum of 3 years in office experience
