Position Details:
- Full time, contract
- M-F schedule days
- Manages unemployment claims related matters for clients
- Performs research necessary to complete documentation accurately
- Educated clients regarding unemployment process
- Track status of claim to ensure timely processing in accordance with regulations
- Participates in activities to expand knowledge and product offerings
- Maintain a high level of customer service and client retention

Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 year of customer service experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office is required
- US citizen or permanent resident status
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
