We are hiring for an Account Resolution Specialist. In this full time, contract opportunity you will be responsible for resolving client accounts with past due balances. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of three years experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or payroll with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Interested? Job Responsibilities: 

  • Full time, contract
  • M-F schedule
  • Answers inbound calls
  • Places outbound calls to recover outstanding receivables
  • Evaluates accounts according to established policies and procedures to determine need for action
  • Meets daily goals for collections and calls

 The hours will be 8 am - 5 pm for about a month for training ; Regular hours after training is completed are 11am-8pm

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • 3 years experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or payroll required.
  • Microsoft Word Excel and Access knowledge is preferred
  • US citizen or permanent resident status
  • Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
